Compliance: All players must follow SpyMC rules as outlined in our Discord and website.
Respect: Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Exploits: Any use of bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for advantage is forbidden.
Advertising: Promoting non-affiliated servers, products, or services is not allowed.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for your account's security and any actions taken using it.
Impersonation: Pretending to be staff members or other players is prohibited.

Maintaining fair and enjoyable gameplay for all:

Cheating: All forms of cheating including hacks, macros, scripts, or unauthorized modifications are banned.
Automation: AFK farming, auto-clickers, or any automation affecting gameplay balance is prohibited.
Teaming: Disruptive teaming or cross-teaming is forbidden unless explicitly allowed in specific game modes.
Griefing: Intentionally destroying others' builds or disrupting gameplay experiences is not permitted.
Scamming: Any form of scamming or deceptive practices will result in punishment.
Trolling: Repeatedly disrupting others' gameplay experience is not allowed.

Rules governing in-game transactions:

Fair Trading: All transactions must be transparent and mutually agreed upon.
RMT Prohibition: Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, currency, or accounts is strictly forbidden.
Chargebacks: Payment disputes or chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
Market Manipulation: Intentionally manipulating the in-game economy is prohibited.
Duping: Any form of item duplication or exploitation of economic systems is banned.

Guidelines for financial transactions:

Final Sales: All purchases made on SpyMC's store are final with no refunds.
No Immunity: Purchased ranks or perks do not exempt players from server rules.
Modification Rights: SpyMC reserves the right to modify any purchased item, rank, or perk.
Chargeback Policy: Any payment disputes will result in permanent account termination.
Tax Responsibility: Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on purchases.

Specific terms for premium rank holders:

No Refunds: All rank purchases are final with no refunds or back transfers.
Account Binding: Ranks cannot be transferred between accounts.
Privilege Abuse: Misuse of rank privileges may result in removal without refund.
Payment Disputes: Chargebacks will result in permanent network ban.
No Immunity: Rank holders must still follow all server rules.
System Exploitation: Any attempts to exploit the rank system will result in revocation.
Invoice Requirement: Users must upload purchase invoices for verification.
Perk Changes: SpyMC may modify rank perks at any time without notice.

Ownership and content usage:
