Appeal Guidelines
To submit an unban appeal, you must create a ticket in our Discord server and include all required information:

Make sure you're in our official server
Use the ticket system in #support-tickets
Include all required information
Staff will review your appeal
Required Information
Your appeal ticket must include all of the following:
Your exact Minecraft username (case-sensitive)
Your full Discord username and discriminator (e.g., User#1234)
As shown when trying to join the server
Approximate date you were banned
What happened from your perspective (be honest)
Screenshots or videos that support your case
Appeals will be automatically denied if they:
- Contain false information or misrepresentation
- Have insufficient evidence
- Show no acceptance of responsibility
- Attempt to blame others without proof
- Are incomplete or rushed
- Are submitted through any method other than Discord tickets
Appeal Process
What Happens After Submission?
- Ticket Creation: Your appeal ticket will be assigned to staff
- Initial Review: Staff will verify your information within 3-7 days
- Evidence Check: Your provided evidence will be thoroughly examined
- Decision: You'll receive a response in your Discord ticket
- If Approved: Your ban will be lifted with possible restrictions
- If Denied: You'll receive reasons and can appeal again after waiting period
Average response times based on ban type:
- Cheating/Hacking: 7-14 days (3-month minimum wait)
- Toxicity: 3-7 days
- Bug Exploits: 5-10 days
- Discord Bans: 2-5 days
- Do not ping or DM staff about your appeal status - this may result in denial
- Duplicate appeals will be automatically rejected
- Bans older than 1 year may require additional verification
- All decisions are final but you may re-appeal after the waiting period

- Cheating/Hacking: Permanent (first offense)
- Toxicity/Harassment: 30 days to permanent (based on severity)
- Bug Exploitation: 14 days to permanent
- Account Sharing: 30 day suspension
- Impersonation: Permanent
- Discord Rules Violation: 7 days to permanent
Successful Appeal Conditions
Your appeal is more likely to succeed if:
- It's your first offense
- You provide compelling evidence of innocence
- You demonstrate genuine understanding of the rules
- You show clear effort to prevent future issues
- You've waited the appropriate time before appealing
